Pasta Carbonara

I’ve been doing some gourmet midnight snacking lately.  I’m not talking about microwave popcorn or nutella on toast.  I’m not talking about leftover pizza, and I’m definitely not talking about making a run for the border.  When you need the perfect midnight snack… your best bet is pasta alla carbonara!
