About

Hi there Internet!

I’m Elizabeth Anderson, around these parts I’m known as The Waspy Redhead.  I’m a 31 year old native Texan who was raised in the DC Metro area. I’ve called San Antonio home for the last 15 years or so, and I love eating, drinking and laughing my way across the “Alamo City.”

I blog about food, beverages, style, beauty, fashion and travel – essentially this is my corner of the web to share my passions. I’m open to receiving press releases and media information, but I don’t typically share restaurant reviews.

Recipes on the site are my own, unless otherwise stated.

Cheers!

Hey!! I’m a forty-something dude. I’m going to get up and watch the royal wedding. Don’t freaking tell my friends! I’m going with “no” on the Pomegranate thing (but I will make that for my wife sometime). What is a totally anglophile coffee drink to enjoy on the glorious morning as Great Kate marries Prince Dork Jr.?

  7. Love the royal wedding party and cannot wait to try some recipes! Love the new look as well… I for sure need some tabs. How is the world do you figure this stuff out?

Kate – I’m not nearly clever enough to figure out the design stuff myself, I worked with a freelance designer and she was great! You can see her work if you click the “Clever Daisies” link at the bottom.

Still remember you whipping up Ghirardelli chocolate chip pancakes for snacks in HS for all of us girls — Always knew you were destined for baking greatness! :)
