
Let me first say that while this guacamole recipe is super yummy, I can’t take too much credit for it because it’s mostly an assembly job. Here’s the rundown if you want to make it at home.
Ingredients:
2 ripe haas avocados
1/4 pint of HEB Fresh Ready Fresh Go® Mango Pico De Gallo
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Slice the avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop the flesh into a medium sized mixing bowl. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime over the avocado and then mash gently with a fork. Add in the salt and pepper. Fold in the pico de gallo to incorporate.
Serve with both white and blue corn tortilla chips for an extra punch of color!
